Grow the player. Keep the joy.

More baseball. Stronger friendships. Room for life beyond the field.

Development with purpose

Marin Fire brings West Marin families together through baseball. We focus on skills, confidence, teamwork, and the joy of competing with friends.

Little League comes first

Our activities complement players’ Little League commitments. We encourage other sports and respect school and family schedules.

A team built by families

Parent volunteers support coaching and team operations. We share the work, keep costs transparent, and aim to make every player feel part of the team.

Character matters

Effort, sportsmanship, and respect for teammates, opponents, and coaches guide how we practice and play.
